Anca Neagu is the proud owner of Centex Engineering, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and discipline to the field of civil engineering.

A native of Romania, Anca holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Colorado School of Mines. Her expertise and reputation in the field have led to her being called upon by local government authorities to serve as an expert witness in civil engineering cases, demonstrating her exceptional knowledge and credibility.

Her career is defined by her strategic planning and management skills, which she leverages to deliver innovative and efficient solutions to her clients.

Beyond her engineering achievements, Anca has an impressive athletic background as a member of the 2005 U.S. World Boxing Championships Team and the 2000 U.S. Women’s Boxing Team (U.S. vs. Russia). In 2013, she expanded her expertise by graduating from the CAPCOG Law Enforcement Academy.
